Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services

Please be aware that due to the digital nature of this service, along with the time, research, and expertise involved, this product is non-refundable. Detailed terms are outlined below:

• Payment confirms that you have, at a minimum, completed professional agile certifications to ensure that our discussions are focused on advancing your role.
• Ensure the self-assessment is completed before booking a session to avoid cancellations.
• Google Chrome is the recommended browser to use for your assessment.
• All sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, with no exceptions. All payments for this service are final and non-refundable.
• Sessions commence exactly at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals or connection issues (Wi-Fi, computer problems, etc.) will not extend the session time. Please respect our time as we respect yours.
• Session times are in British Standard Time (BST). It is your responsibility to convert the time to your local time zone. A confirmation email with the session link will be provided and you will get a reminder email 1 hour prior to our session.
• Ensure a stable internet connection and conduct the session in a quiet place. Being in a disruptive environment, such as a car with intermittent connectivity, may result in session cancellation.
• Teams/Zoom/GoogleMeet Security Note: You will need to be signed in to your account in order to access the coaching session. You do not need a paid account, a free Teams/Zoom/Google account will work just fine. Additionally, you will need to have your camera on to check-in with the coach when entering the meeting. This helps us to create a friendly, interactive, and safer environment. The session will be locked at 10 minutes past its start time. We will not be recording this sessions.
