Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Chayil BOSS. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase(s) from Chayil BOSS and if you encounter any issue with your order we will endeavour to make it right.

We understand how tasking it can be to buy a product without physically seeing it or trying it on. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original unused condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund or exchange. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. 

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. Please send precise information of any faults to sales@myafricanhairitagestyle.com with subject FAULT before making returns as well as detailed note within your returns.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

How to Return:

If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales or impact of COVID-19) this may take up to 28 days.  

For orders placed from 1st September 2020. To remain sustainable as a business, we are currently unable to offer free returns . We hope to have this back up and running soon. In the meantime, Please return your item(s) using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance ensuring postage is pre-paid to the address noted on your postal package you received your purchase(s). State the reason for the return and enclose within your package.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (free returns does not apply). For international returns please mark clearly on your returns form and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.

It is important that you keep a copy of your postage receipt, should there be any issues with your parcel during transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund customers unless we have a copy of the postage receipt. 

We kindly ask that you allow 10-14 WORKING DAYS for refunds to be processed, once received, inspected and processed. Once your refund has been processed please allow 3-5 working days for funds to reflect in account, depending on banking provider. Please log into your account for confirmation of refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except if the returned item is faulty. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send precise information of any faults, including pictures to sales@myafricanhairitagestyle.com with the subject FAULT before making any returns. We will look into the matter and advise on the next steps. 

Please note - if you return a faulty item before informing us, we will not be able to issue any postage or shipping reimbursements as faulty returns need to be approved.

EXCHANGES

Please return order via instructions above and place a new order. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
